What Happens Before Dispatch

Every batch of ginseng and rhodiola extract that comes into our Birmingham workshop goes through the same routine before it's anywhere near a capsule shell. We open the delivery, check it against the supplier's paperwork, and weigh out a sample before anything is mixed.

The Process Behind Each Batch

Capsules are filled in small runs on our own equipment, then each finished batch is weighed again and a sample is opened by hand to check the fill looks and smells right before it's sealed into pouches.

• Quality check: Weight, seal and fill are checked on every batch before it's packed for dispatch.
• Traceability: Every pouch carries a batch code that ties back to the extract delivery it came from.

Why This Matters for Daily Use

A capsule you take every morning should be consistent, pouch after pouch. Checking batches by hand, rather than trusting a bulk import blind, is how we try to keep that consistency instead of leaving it to chance.
