Delivery methods

Doorstep delivery

Tracked courier delivery straight to your address: building, apartment, city and postal code. A signature may be asked for on orders above £60.

Pickup point

Pick it up at a partner point or parcel locker nearby. We hold the parcel there for 7 days before it comes back to us.

Timeframes run in business days from dispatch. Remote areas may need 1 to 2 extra days.

Order processing

Orders placed before 11:30 on a business day go out that same day. Anything later, or placed on a weekend or public holiday, ships the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with your order number as soon as you check out.

Each bottle leaves our facility with a tamper-evident induction seal under the cap, further wrapped in a moisture-resistant pouch, and placed inside a rigid cardboard outer box with corner padding to prevent crushing during transit. Multi-item orders are separated with recycled paper void-fill to stop movement and bottle-to-bottle contact.

Tracking your parcel

Once your order is dispatched, an automated tracking number is generated and sent to the email address and mobile number provided at checkout, with status updates issued by SMS and email as the parcel moves through the courier network.

Lost or delayed parcel

If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, email us at [email protected] with your order number. We open a trace with the courier and either resend your order or refund it in full, your call, within 10 business days of your claim.

Damaged on arrival

Photograph the outer box and the product immediately upon receipt before disposing of any packaging. Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photographs attached. Our support team will arrange a replacement or a full refund once the damage claim is confirmed, at no additional cost to you.

Hand the courier payment when your parcel arrives. No prepayment needed.

Bank transfer

Transfer to our company account; the details show up after checkout and in your confirmation email. We ship as soon as payment clears, usually within one business day.

Delivery outside United Kingdom

We deliver to a set list of countries. Delivery cost and timing for your destination show up at checkout, before you pay anything. If customs duties apply where you live, those are yours to settle on arrival.
