Order
Settle the bill by cash on delivery or bank transfer. A confirmation email with your order number lands in your inbox right away.
Dispatch
Place your order before our daily cut-off and it leaves our workshop that same day, packed by hand and passed to an insured courier with a tracking number.
Use and return
Take the capsules as described on the label. If it's not right for you, send it back within 30 days under the terms on our Returns page.
The standard we hold ourselves to
Whole-Root Extracts, Zero Fillers
Each capsule holds a measured dose of ginseng root and rhodiola extract, nothing bulked out with chalk, starch or an unnamed 'blend'.
Low-Heat Extraction, No Synthetic Binders
We extract at low temperatures to keep the root's natural compounds intact, then bind the capsules with plant cellulose instead of synthetic fillers.
Batch Checked Before Dispatch
Every batch is opened, weighed and checked against our own spec before it goes anywhere near a parcel.
Dispatched Direct From Our Workshop
Orders leave our Birmingham workshop in plain, padded packaging with a tracking link sent straight to your phone.
Common questions
What exactly is in each Kindleroot capsule?
Each capsule contains a measured dose of Korean ginseng root extract, rhodiola rosea root extract, zinc citrate and a B6/B12 complex. We print the exact amount of each on the label, there's no hidden blend.
How is my order delivered and can I pay when it arrives?
We take orders by cash on delivery or bank transfer, there's no card payment on this site. Orders placed before 11:30 on a business day are packed and sent out the same day from our Birmingham workshop, and you'll get a tracking link once it's dispatched.
What if I want to return my order?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused capsules in their original, unopened packaging. Just contact us first so we can give you the return address at our Birmingham workshop.
