The goods

Kindleroot sells oral food supplements in tablet form, formulated from botanical and nutrient-based ingredients and intended to support everyday vitality and general dietary wellbeing as part of a balanced daily routine. These goods are classified as food supplements and are not medicinal products, drugs or therapeutic devices. Each product page spells out what's included, the quantity and the form it comes in. Photos are a guide, packaging on hand may look slightly different.

Ordering and contract

An order is placed the moment you finish checkout. We send a confirmation email; the contract itself forms when we dispatch the goods. We may turn down an order if stock runs dry or your details don't check out, and we'll refund whatever you paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP, VAT included where it applies. Delivery cost shows up at checkout before you pay. We accept: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If we spot an obvious pricing mistake before dispatch, we'll reach out so you can confirm or cancel.

Product images and colours

Our product photos are taken straight from what we ship. Screens vary, colors shift depending on calibration, browser and the light in the room; a slight shade difference isn't a flaw and isn't grounds for a free return. Dimensions, materials and contents are spelled out on each product page.

Transfer of risk

We carry responsibility for the goods until the courier places them in your hands, or in the hands of whoever you named at the address given. From that point, loss or damage is on you. If something looks damaged on arrival, flag it with the courier and tell us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You can return the capsules within 30 days of delivery, following the Returns page. Kindleroot warrants that every batch of tablets is quality-controlled during production and independently screened for purity prior to packaging. If a product arrives defective, mislabelled or does not conform to its stated description, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, in addition to the store's 30-day return window.

• Products with limited remaining shelf-life at the time of return request
• Supplement bottles or blister packs where the tamper-evident seal has been broken or removed, for biosafety and hygiene reasons
• Goods that have been physically combined or repackaged with other items after delivery
• Any digital guides, dosage charts or educational content provided in sealed digital form once accessed by the customer

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the law of England and Wales, Kindleroot Wellness Ltd.'s total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the total value paid for that order. This limitation does not affect any statutory right that cannot be excluded under consumer protection law in the United Kingdom. Nothing here cuts into liability that the law won't let us limit.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable in the United Kingdom. If a disagreement can't be settled by talking with us directly, it moves to the competent court where our business is registered, without affecting any consumer rights you hold in your home country.
